Or the multi-projects-man.
This is a guy I admire for so many reasons! He’s done so much in his live that I actually don’t know where to start. I guess this website (who links every CD/LP/stuff he made/appeared in) will give you an idea of how amazing he is.
He played instruments with Laura Gibson, Horse Feathers & people I don’t know… He joined the Danish band Efterklang for a couple of months… Then he recorded some instruments for M. Ward, Zooey Deschanel and other people I don’t know…
And then he started to do stuff on his own.
The song on the video is from an EP called How They Are which was released via Bella Union (Fleet Foxes, Midlake, John Grant, Veronica Falls, and the list goes on). It’s a wonderful piece of music. He’s a wonderful piano player.
My life changed since I (badly) recorded the video above. My friend did a really good and long interview with him and I really felt privileged and honoured to be part of it. He’s a very inspiring man and he’s also one of the reasons why I still have faith in music.
